This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans and services offered by RasoiPay Private Limited.

1. Subscription Cancellation Policy

1.1 How to Cancel

  • Log into your RasoiPay dashboard
  • Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts
  • Alternatively, email us at support@rasoipay.com with your cancellation request

1.2 Cancellation Timeline

  • Monthly Plans: Cancel anytime before your next billing date
  • Annual Plans: Cancel anytime, but refunds are subject to our refund policy below
  • Free Plan: No cancellation required - simply stop using the service

1.3 Service Access After Cancellation

Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan with limited features.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical problems on our end
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization

2.2 Refund Timeline

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of billing
  • Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 30 days of billing
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days

2.3 Pro-rated Refunds for Annual Plans

For annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days:

  • Refund amount = (Unused months ÷ 12) × Annual subscription fee
  • Minimum usage charge of one month applies
  • GST will be adjusted as per Indian tax regulations

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free Plan: No charges, hence no refunds applicable
  • Partial Month Usage: Monthly plans used for any portion of the billing period
  • Third-party Services: Costs related to payment gateway fees or SMS charges
  • Custom Development: Any custom features or integrations developed specifically for your account
  • Data Export Fees: Charges for data migration or export services
  • Violation-based Termination: Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@rasoipay.com with subject "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for refund
  3. Provide transaction ID or payment reference number
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  5. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is approved and processed

4.2 Refund Method

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used
  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Wallet refunds: 1-3 business days

4.3 Refund Confirmation

You will receive:

  • Email confirmation when refund is initiated
  • Transaction reference number for tracking
  • Updated invoice reflecting the refund amount

5. Chargeback and Disputes

5.1 Before Filing a Chargeback

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank:

  • Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication
  • Chargebacks can take 30-90 days to resolve
  • Direct refunds are processed much faster (7-14 days)

5.2 Chargeback Consequences

  • Account may be suspended pending chargeback resolution
  • Service access will be terminated if chargeback is upheld
  • Account reinstatement requires payment of outstanding amounts plus chargeback fees

6. Special Circumstances

6.1 Service Downtime

  • Planned maintenance (notified 48 hours in advance): No refunds
  • Unplanned downtime less than 24 hours: Service credit applied
  • Unplanned downtime more than 48 hours: Pro-rated refund available

6.2 Force Majeure Events

No refunds will be provided for service interruptions caused by:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions
  • Internet service provider issues
  • Third-party service failures beyond our control
  • Cyber attacks or security incidents

7. GST and Tax Implications

  • All refunds will be processed as per Indian GST regulations
  • GST credit notes will be issued for refunded amounts
  • You may need to reverse any input tax credit claimed on the original invoice
  • Consult your tax advisor for specific implications

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by Indian law and complies with Consumer Protection Act 2019, RBI guidelines, and payment gateway regulations. For legal disputes, courts in New Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
